When I looked ahead on the Baltoro Glacier, I could see the sun coming over the top of Gasherbrum IV (7925m) with Gasherbrum II peaking out to its right. After the col (6493m) the ridge rises to the Gasherbrum VII (6955m), the Gasherbrum Twins (6882m), Gasherbrum V (7147m) and further to the right Gasherbrum VI (7003m).
