The U-shaped valley on the far left is the Nangpa La pass (5800m), which leads from Tibet to the Solo Khumbu region of Nepal by way of Thame and Namche Bazaar. The highest mountain above the pass is Cho Aui, (7350m) and then Cho Oyu (8201m).
