We ate our lunch at Baejarins Beztu, a tiny fast-food hut famous for serving the original Icelandic hot dog made with lamb. Charlotte and I had “one with everything": mustard, tomato sauce, rémoulade (mayonnaise with finely chopped pickles), and chopped raw and fried onions. Peter had a “Clinton” and got a hot dog with just mustard, just like Bill ordered.
