The Real Fabrica de Tabacos Partagas building next to the Capitolio stands out because of the ornate colourful maroon and cream exterior. It is one of Havana's oldest cigar factories, founded in 1845 by a Spaniard named Jaime Partagás. We weren’t interested in cigars so we skipped the tour.
